Hi 💛 My name is Suzanne Masters, I'm your Chakradance facilitator. For this workshop I'm bring you an introductory Chakradance workshop called Freedom! The name is intended to give you a feel of the intention of this workshop. 

Chakradance is a lasting and transformational, Jungian based movement therapy modality. A unique fusion of chakra resonant music, guided meditation and mandala art.

The main intention of Chakradance is to safely and gently and organically release, emotional tension within, buried energies we have stored in our bodies, energy fields, chakras and subconscious, that create, stress, contraction suffering and illness in our lives. We heal our chakras dance by dance, chakra by chakra, through chakra resonant music, guided visualization and symbolism connected to each chakra. 

The intention of Chakradance is to open you to, invite a sense of freedom, safety. Serenity, peace, balance, aligning you with the light within each chakra, you are literally guided into dancing with the energy, the light within you.
