  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Celebrate '24-25 and Hello '25-26 


Please arrive at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.

Maroondah Rotary's Changeover night promises to be a night of celebration including a 2 course meal (served alternating) with drinks/coffee and tea available at bar prices.

All bookings are required in advance and to be pre-paid prior to 5pm on Thursday 12th June 2025 (for catering purposes). 

Humanitix is a secure site for credit card payments. Medical dietary requirements can be catered for. Please complete the relevant question when booking. (It will be assumed as 'none' if not completed).   If you are booking for others, please include their full name and any dietary requirements.
