Chat & Coffee Walk with Naturopath Tony & his dog Rocky - Women's Health Meet Up

Enjoy a coffee (on us, thanks to Capalaba Natural Health) and a waterfront stroll with Tony, a naturopath from Capalaba Natural Health - and his gentle cocker spaniel, Rocky.

This is your opportunity to connect with other mums, chat all things women’s health and wellness, and get friendly expert advice on topics like energy, sleep, adrenals, allergies, anxiety and natural weight loss.

- Mums at every stage of motherhood
- Babies in prams and kids are absolutely welcome
- Whether you come solo or bring the crew, you’ll be warmly welcomed into the circle

We’ll meet at Chop ’n Chill, Raby Bay, grab a coffee, and enjoy a gentle waterfront walk together.

Special Giveaway: One lucky attendee will win a 1-hour naturopathic consultation valued at $170.

The winner will be drawn the day after the event and notified by text. The consultation must be used within 30 days, and the winner will be asked to join Talia and Tony for a quick photo and share a short testimonial.

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…

- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group

- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group

- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone

- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.

- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
