Growing up, her biggest influences were David Sanborn, Bird, Cannonball, Desmond, Maceo and the studio musicians featured on all those classic 80’s & 90’s American TV shows. In more recent times, Kellie has performed with Kennedy Snow, Blade Runner Live and The Songs of Elton & George featuring Anthony Callea, Tim Campbell and the Australian Pops Orchestra. Backed by her incredible 6 piece band, today’s performance celebrates the slick TV sound and killer grooves of Mike Post, Dave Grusin, & Quincy Jones.
THE JOEL HAVEA TRIO - The Joel Havea Trio features Arnd Geise on bass and Leo Lazar on drums. Both are highly sought-after session musicians whose varied musical influences of rock, jazz and fusion, add another dimension to Joel's soulful blues and roots songwriting. Having honed their live show over countless European tours, the band is a dynamic force whenever they take the stage.
