Chef's Talk with LeRoux's Kitchen
Event description
Join us for our very first Chef’s Talk with Renauld Porter of LeRoux’s Kitchen!
On Thursday, Feb. 1, Renauld will demonstrate the techniques that he uses to make a roux – a traditional (and tricky!) Southern technique used to thicken gumbo, soups and sauces. While Renauld offers stories and how-to tips, Gabie Castañeda will be dishing out 8 oz servings of their chicken and sausage gumbo for participants to enjoy during the class. What better way to bring a slice of the Mardi Gras season to Tulsa!
Tickets are $10. Chef's Talk will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, inside Mother Road Market. These are the yellow doors, across from Akira Sushi & Ramen.
