Inspired by the Renaissance technique of chiaroscuro- the dramatic interplay of light and shadow- this one-night-only experience invites guests to explore contrast through a carefully considered evening of exceptional food, premium wine and artistic discovery.
From the moment you arrive, every element of the evening has been designed to unfold with intention. A bespoke four-course menu, created by our head chef exclusively for the event, takes guests on a journey from bright, fresh and elegant flavours to dishes of greater richness, depth and intensity. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a premium selection from Maretti Wines, with insights shared throughout the evening by wine specialist Matt Wilkie from the Wandering Cellar Door.
Between courses, the experience extends beyond the table. Guided by a local artist, guests will discover the principles of chiaroscuro through a relaxed observation and sketching session inspired by the works of the Renaissance masters. No artistic experience is necessary- this is not about creating the perfect drawing, but about slowing down, seeing differently and embracing creativity in an intimate and welcoming setting.
With just 30 seats available, the evening has been designed to feel personal, conversational and immersive. Yes. The Watermark bar will be open throughout the evening should you wish to purchase additional beverages.

Of course. Whether you're joining friends or coming solo, the evening is designed to be intimate, social and welcoming.
- Is seating allocated?
This is a shared experience with all guests grouped together. If you've booked separately but would like to sit together, please let us know in advance
