Event co-chairs Dr. Kimberly Fasula and Ms. Mary Ann Mahon-Huels are delighted to host a special fundraiser to benefit the Oral Health Programs of the CDS Foundation, including our vital Free Dental Clinic. This event promises an afternoon filled with live music, delectable food, and a silent auction featuring exceptional items.

Self Parking available at the garage on the northwest corner of Federal and Van Buren.
Self-parking is $16 for 12 hrs. with validation, and valet parking is $39 for 0-3 hours with validation.
A relaxed, well-dressed look described as ‘Smart Casual’ is welcomed throughout the club. Smart Casual may include jeans,
denim, and collar-less shirts. Smart Casual attire or better is permitted throughout the Clubhouse.
