Event co-chairs Dr. Kimberly Fasula and Ms. Mary Ann Mahon-Huels are delighted to host a special fundraiser to benefit the Oral Health Programs of the CDS Foundation, including our vital Free Dental Clinic. This event promises an afternoon filled with live music, delectable food, and a silent auction featuring exceptional items.

Your presence will directly support our mission to provide essential dental care to those in need. Oral health is a critical component of overall well-being, yet many in our community lack access to basic dental services. By attending, you help ensure that our Free Dental Clinic can continue to offer vital care to those who need it most.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who otherwise might go without the dental care they need.

Parking:
Self Parking available at the garage on the northwest corner of Federal and Van Buren.
Self-parking is $16 for 12 hrs. with validation, and valet parking is $39 for 0-3 hours with validation.

Dress Code Policy:

The Union League Club is an elegant experience. All club members and their guests are asked to dress appropriately.
A relaxed, well-dressed look described as ‘Smart Casual’ is welcomed throughout the club. Smart Casual may include jeans,
denim, and collar-less shirts. Smart Casual attire or better is permitted throughout the Clubhouse.

Coat Check:

Please note that coat check is required in the lobby but coat check fees are waived for this event.
