APRIL 2024 - School Holiday Workshops in my Beacon Hill Studio - a Real Artists Studio!!
It is a FULL day of ART for 5-13 year olds.
From 9.30am to 3pm for $100pp
NSW Creative KIDS Vouchers are accepted - Please email me prior to payment to use a voucher. rachel@rachelcarroll.com.au
There are no refunds but I can transfer you to another class if your child is ill on the day and can't make it.
All materials and snacks included.

Food Art With Pastels and pastel paper we will plan your food art artwork. You can choose an ice cream or a Pineapple or a lovely piece of watermelon. You will then work on a canvas to paint your food artwork in Acrylics. We will look at the work of Lucy Cullington- An Australian Artist famous for her tables filled with food. |
Portraits With great focus we will try to draw and paint a portrait of Frida or you can paint one of yourself just as Frida Kahlo has. All the elements of portrait painting will be discussed and explored in drawing and then as a painting on canvas. |
Marine Life Learn to draw and then compose your own artwork of the Marine Sanctuary at Manly called Cabbage Tree Bay. Animals include the groper, a turtle and a cuttle fish just to name a few. Pencil drawing and then watercolours will be explored. The illustrations by artist and film maker Valarie Taylor will be our inspiration. |
