Join Chef Aimee for a chocolate making class in the Rockledge kitchen, where you will be educated about the processes cacao goes through to arrive to you, from cacao pod to truffle, and how to temper by hand on the stovetop, a skill you can take into your own kitchen. You’ll go home with your own personally topped bark, truffles you’ve hand dipped, and you’ll finish off the class with a cup of Peruvian dark drinking chocolate made with oat milk. Additional chocolate available for purchase onsite after the class.
All chocolate and cocoa butter is Fair Trade, sourced from Peru, organic, sweetened with either honey (Dairy Free) or raw coconut nectar (Vegan), soy and gluten free.
