This November, I’m opening the doors to a beautiful home in Rose Bay for two very special days of Christmas cooking, hosting and gathering.

Join me for an exclusive three-hour Christmas Masterclass where you’ll learn to entertain with confidence and create memorable festive experiences.

These classes are designed to give you the confidence, practical knowledge and thoughtful techniques to entertain with greater ease. Not simply to follow a recipe, but to understand how to bring food, people and a table together in a way that feels generous, memorable and personal to you. 

Across the masterclass I’ll take you through festive food and entertaining elements, showing you exactly how I prepare for guests, what I make ahead and the simple details I rely on to make Christmas entertaining feel effortless.

We’ll cook, taste and gather around the table as I share some of my favourite ideas, including an incredibly easy festive salad, a simple dessert, beautiful make-ahead elements and those little “how did you do that?” touches that instantly elevate a table.

And for the first time, I’ll also be cooking a recipe from my debut cookbook, allowing guests to experience recipes from the book as pre-orders officially open.
