Get ready for an evening filled with chuckles, cheese & wine and great company! 

Participate in 30 minutes of group intentional laughter exercises – in this short time of group guffaws and giggles we can: 

  • Reduce stress

  • Increase our immune function, increase pain tolerance and cardiovascular health!
