Who are you now that you're a mum?

Having a baby changes so much more than your daily routine. Your identity, relationships, priorities, body, work, friendships and sense of time can all feel different.

Sometimes you can love being a mum and still miss parts of your old life.

Ready to Rise Circles are relaxed, small-group sessions created for mothers who want space to talk about their experience of motherhood — not just their baby.

This month's Circle: Finding Your New Normal

We'll explore the transition into motherhood and what it means to find a new sense of yourself after having a baby.

Together, we'll talk about:

Changes to your identity and sense of self
Adjusting to new routines and responsibilities
Making space for the parts of you that existed before motherhood
The expectations we place on ourselves
Finding a balance that feels realistic for your life now

This isn't about getting back to your “old self”. It's about working out what your life looks like now — and what matters to you in this next chapter.
