Take your practice off the mat and into relationship.  

Authentic Relating Games are facilitated exercises in practicing the skills for deep listening and authentic communication.  Working with these games gives us a foundation for participation in Circling. 

Circling is the profound experiential practice of being with what is in relationship. This work holds the potential for deep transformation and is an invitation to show up and be seen in ways most people have not experienced.  It can be uncomfortable as it requires for us to be vulnerable.  For those with a yearning for more authentic and intimate connections and to live more fully. this is a potent opportunity.

Circling is a facilitated group practice where we come together to connect and know each other at the deep and fundamental level of being human.  Each participant is oriented towards their own experience and invited to share what is arising, be it a thought, feeling or sensation within a group setting. The facilitators guide participants in how this looks, sharing tools and giving space for practice with a warm up game.

The afternoon will begin with an Authentic Relating partner exercise and then move into two facilitated larger group circles. We will take a short break to share some chai and afternoon tea.

Michael Winnel & Vicky Turner are experienced & certified Circlers and Circling Facilitators, and proteges of Guy Sengstock & The Circling Institute in CA since early 2020.   Marcel Scharth will also be joining us for this event. Marcel studied with The Circling Institute and has completed the Practitioner Level training. We hope you will join us for what's sure to be a rich, connective and nourishing afternoon of Circling.
