An afternoon of reflection, connection, celebration and coming home to yourself.

After four beautiful years of holding space in Sydney, gathering in circle, sharing stories, moving through transformation and intimately meeting some of the most extraordinary people, it feels only right to close this chapter the way it began. Together.

Four years of witnessing women meet themselves in ways they never imagined. Of laughter, tears, breakthroughs, deep conversations, unexpected friendships and moments that words will never quite capture.

And now, one final gathering.

The Closing Chapter is not simply a farewell. It is a celebration of everything we have lived, everything we have shed, everything we have become and everything that is still waiting to unfold.

Because there is something profoundly beautiful about taking a moment to look back. To honour the versions of ourselves who carried us here. The decisions that changed our direction. The people who walked beside us. The moments that broke us open and the ones that reminded us who we were.

In all of this becoming, we realise that the journey was never about turning into somebody new.

It was about returning to the essence of who we came here to be.

This afternoon will be an invitation to do just that.

To move beyond the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. To reflect on your own journey, celebrate how far you have come and create space for the next chapter of your life.

What to expect

• Deep Connection: An opportunity to reflect inwards and connect deeply with other beautiful women in the space

• Embodiment Workshop: A guided exploration of the chapters of our lives, the identities we've outgrown, the lessons we've gathered and the truth of who we are beneath it all.

• Embodied Movement & Breathwork: A journey through the body, using movement, somatics and breath to express, release, reconnect and celebrate the experience of being alive.

• Sound Bath & Integration:A deeply nourishing sound experience to soften, receive and integrate all that the afternoon has awakened.

This is a space for celebration as much as it is for reflection. For joy as much as tenderness. For honouring endings without forgetting that they are also beginnings.

Whether you've sat in circle with me countless times or we've yet to meet, you are so welcome.

Sydney has held such a special chapter of my life and so many of you have been part of the person I've become.

I can't think of a more beautiful way to say thank you than to gather one last time and create a little more magic together.

Here's to the stories we've lived, the people we've become and the chapters we have yet to write.
