We welcome our community and sporting clubs to attend a Strategic Planning Online Workshop. 

This workshop is open to active committee members, to help their club to understand the basics in strategy planning for the future of your club.

What will be covered:

• Why, what and when should you plan?

• Understand the types of plans and their use;

• Identify possible priorities for your club;

• Understand the basic elements of the planning process;

• Identify who should be involved.

• How to prepare your Club for the planning process:

• Simple Club Plan examples
  

Session time: Tuesday, 30 September 2025

Session will be facilitated in a group setting, online webinar with facilitator, Kim Buttfield.

Venue: Mandu Function Centre
