This retreat offers a small group of women (5-10) an opportunity to slow down, tune in, relax and recharge at Middleton SA. Activities will include a range of wellness activities, nature journalling, art therapy, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, basket weaving and nature connection. An essential oil roller workshop with Louise Gutsche is also included. Nutritious food provided. Massage is an optional extra. BYO breakfasts.

This retreat coincides with the peak whale watching season.

Provided: accommodation- single and twin rooms available, meals and refreshments (excl bfast), journal, art materials, meditation, essential oil roller workshop, basket weaving and a vision board.

Please bring: yoga mat for meditation and water bottle. If you need a yoga mat let me know.

Cost of retreat: $550 twin share (+ $100 single supplement). $400 for retreat only and no accommodation. Get in quick to secure a single room with linen- they will be offered on a first in basis.
