Hi All,

just a reminder you have registered for Code of Ethics Training.

As previously stated due to covid limitations this training will not be overnight, but we will have two pretty full days to be able to get through all the content we need to cover. Please arrive promptly so we can get into things quickly.

If you are sick or unable to attend, please send your apologies and come to our next CoE training. If you can no longer attend, please let me know ASAP so we get catering right.

Pepeha- as part of our introductions you will introduce yourself. Our bicultural journey is a big part of this training so I would encourage you to have a go at giving your pepeha.

Public Safety

As we are operating under Traffic light Red Phase 2, we have put in place the following public health measures for our training:

We ask you to wear your mask throughout the training.

We will have masks and hand sanitiser available.

We will have a special QR code to scan, and also Wai-ora has it’s own QR code on the door. (however we will also keep a record of attendees if you don’t have the app)

We have booked a big space that will allow for social distancing. Please try to keep at least 1m between you and anyone you don’t work with or see socially. (any group work will be done within your work bubbles)

We are supplying kai, which we will be following the guideline around covid restrictions when serving and eating kai.

We will supply coffee and tea, we encourage you to bring your reusable coffee cups and your own drink bottles, but we will have cups available too.

Payment Policy:

These trainings are highly subsidised by the Department of Internal Affairs and without this sponsorship, each participant would need to pay $200 approx. Refunds are available through this ticketing system prior to training or in the case of illness.

Any registrant who does not attend and does not communicate with CYWC Staff will need to be invoiced for the full cost of the training.
