Coffee with the Mums - Pelvic Floor Health
Event description
LET'S DO COFFEE!
Join a group of lovely local mums for a coffee (and something to eat if you want)
We'll be joined by the beautiful Anoushka from Feel Vibrant Fitness for a short 20 minute relaxed and informative session focussing on pelvic floor health, prolapse awareness, and core wellbeing. You’ll hear Anoushka's personal story, explore practical ways to care for your body, and leave with valuable tools to support your health.
Little ones are most welcome - there's plenty of room for prams, and an enclosed play area for older children if you need to bring them with you.
Look out for your host - Talia Read who will be wearing a Pink Social Mums Club t-shirt - I will be there to greet you and ensure you feel welcome and included.
