Hi,

My name is Sam, 34 years old, from the south east coast of Australia.

Growing up in an unstable environment, i struggled with low self esteem and paying attention at school.

At the age of 25 i hit a low point where my anxiety built up to boiling point, i couldn't hold a job or have a conversation. I knew something had to change and i knew i had the power to do it.

One cold winters night while living in Canada, i plunged myself into a freezing cold lake and my life changed forever.

Since that night 8 years ago, i've been obsessively immersed in learning about the brain and behaviour. Really just figuring out ways to help myself.

With experience in youth work, counselling, business coaching and cognitive therapy i've spent the last 5 years supporting others, creating and delivering programs and speaking at schools and on stages across Australia.

I'm driven by the curiosity of what we are able to experience, and what we are capable of as humans.

I'm deeply passionate about waking people up to the brokenness of the mainstream educational system.

My main passions include surfing, snowboarding and mixed martial arts. Which allow me to express my creativity, push my boundaries and apply my knowledge of psychology and neuroscience.

I offer 1:1 coaching, helping people with emotional and cognitive development and communication.
