Ember and Flow is an invitation to soften into the present moment, to reconnect with the wisdom of your heart and the grounding presence of your body. Awakening your innate ability to meet yourself and others with openness, compassion, and presence.

Through yoga, authentic relating, heart-led communication tools and sound healing, this one-day journey invites you to explore the artfulness of being human – with depth, grace, and shared joy.

You’ll be guided by the co-founders of Coherence Collective:

• Sophia Dunn – Actor, retreat chef, conscious communication facilitator

• Sophie Fitzpatrick – Chiropractor, authentic relating & circling facilitator

• Dan Cully – Singer-songwriter, sound weaver & authentic relating facilitator

• Izzy Ross - Yoga Teach

Together, they create a richly held container of curiosity, creativity and coherence – where you are supported to express, listen, connect, and return to your centre.

Set within an oasis perfectly positioned in Caulfield, the space itself becomes a co-facilitator in the experience. Light-filled, peaceful, and beautifully appointed, it offers a grounded elegance that supports inward journeys and shared connection alike.
