Facilitated by a qualified Art Therapist, this inclusive class utilises guided art therapy activities to help you relax and learn more about yourself. There is absolutely no drawing ability required, just bring a willingness to scribble, experiment, and play with colour! It’s a fun, non-judgmental environment to unwind and connect with fellow community members.
