Colours of Motherhood Pelvic Floor Health
Event description
Colours of Motherhood Pelvic Floor Health

Come along and learn what's normal and what's not with your pelvic floor and return to activity post pregnancy with physiotherapist, Sam Craddock.Â
Sam, from Mae Movement is a mum to 3 boys and a physiotherapist with a passion for supporting early motherhood. She helps mums safely return to activity and provides a variety of support options for those who have niggles or pain.
Format
Sam will provide a short talk, which will include any pre-submitted questions, and then will open for discussion and questions. You can submit an anonymous question when you book your ticket.
