Event description

Colours of Motherhood Pelvic Floor Health

You've had a baby, now what? Is it normal to pee a little when you sneeze? How about if you have jump on a trampoline? Are you wanting to get back to the gym, or running and you're not sure if it's safe to do so?

Come along and learn what's normal and what's not with your pelvic floor and return to activity post pregnancy with physiotherapist, Sam Craddock.

Sam, from Mae Movement is a mum to 3 boys and a physiotherapist with a passion for supporting early motherhood. She helps mums safely return to activity and provides a variety of support options for those who have niggles or pain.

Format
Sam will provide a short talk, which will include any pre-submitted questions, and then will open for discussion and questions. You can submit an anonymous question when you book your ticket.

Book your ticket, see what other events we have coordinated, then share it to your friends!

Included in your ticket: Photography Exhibition

Feel seen, and feel validated in your motherhood journey. This exhibition shares the stories of fifteen diverse mums, who have each contributed a story about a challenge they've experienced in motherhood. Rachel, from Scribbly Gum Photography has then created an unapologetic photo that represents their story.
