A driveway provides vehicle access to Fairfield Boathouse for dropping off participants or spectators. From there, a flat picnic area is accessible above the riverbank adjacent to the Boathouse. Please note that access to the park and river below is via a staircase of more than 100 steps.

Toilet location

Accessible toilets are available at Fairfield Boathouse and near the Heidelberg Road car park.

Accessible parking

Parking is available off Heidelberg Road (turn left at the sign for Fairfield Boathouse). Please note that parking can fill quickly on weekends, so attendees may need to use alternative parking along Heidelberg Road or in nearby car parks off Yarra Bend Drive.
