Coming Home Within

Full Moon Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound Bath

We are so excited to hold this space for you. As life gets busier, many of us spend so much time looking after everyone and everything around us that we forget to check in with ourselves.

This special 90-minute experience is our invitation to slow down, soften, and come home within.

Gathering just after the Full Moon in Aquarius, we'll create a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reflect. The Full Moon offers an opportunity to acknowledge how far you've come, let go of what no longer serves you, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Throughout the evening, we'll support both the nervous system and the energetic body in different ways. We'll use the breath to ground, Yin Yoga to gently restore the body, sound healing to help you settle into deep rest and meditation, and Reiki to hold and support your energy throughout the practice.

Together, these practices are woven into one nurturing experience that invites you to:

✨ Come into deep rest
✨ Support nervous system regulation
✨ Release physical and emotional tension
✨ Let go of what no longer serves you
✨ Cultivate clarity, gratitude, and a deeper connection with yourself under the Full Moon

No previous experience is needed. Whether this is your first Yin Yoga class or you've practised for years, you are warmly welcome.

Come exactly as you are.
