Exploring “Coming Home”
Through yoga mantra, mudra, asana, meditation, and journaling, you'll embark on a journey to rediscover your sense of home within.
Mantras will ground you, mudras will anchor your energy, and asanas will open your heart and body.
In meditation, you'll have the opportunity to connect to the house of you, through mantra and visualisation , while journaling will help you reflect on your experience and explore what 'home' truly means to you.
