Common Ground - Understanding How We Work Under Pressure
Common Ground Foundation - Understanding How We Work Under Pressure
A small-group, facilitated experience for individuals who want greater clarity, steadiness, and self-awareness under pressure.
Common Ground explores what happens inside us when life and work demand more. Grounded in accessible neuroscience, the session looks at how our nervous system and thinking respond under pressure, and how this shapes what we notice, what we need, and how we cope when we are stretched.
Rather than focusing on performing better, this workshop invites a more honest question;
How do I recognise and meet my own needs when I am under strain, instead of just pushing through?
The session creates space to pause, reflect, gain insight, and walk away with practical steps you can apply immediately in your day to day life and work.
No expectation to share personal details. Participate at a level that feels right for you.
This session stands alone and can also be a gentle entry point into deeper individual or group pathways.
Places are limited to 12 participants so that there is room for real conversation.
Facilitated by Simone van der Kallen, Leadership & Transition Coach
