Simone van der Kallen is a Leadership and Transition Coach who works with people at key turning points in life and work.

Her work supports people who are carrying a lot, often holding things together for others, and wanting more clarity, steadiness and choice in how they respond under pressure. Simone creates calm, grounded spaces to pause, reflect and better understand how we think, feel and relate when demands increase, so people can meet their own needs more honestly and move through change with greater intention.

Simone’s work is psychologically informed and grounded in formal training and professional practice. She is a registered member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) and her coaching approach is aligned with ICF principles. Her work is underpinned by professional supervision and ethical standards. People often share that in her presence they find themselves saying things out loud they have never quite named before, which opens the door to greater honesty, clarity and movement.

Earlier in her career, Simone built and sold a business to Woolworths. Her own experience of carrying responsibility, navigating pressure and moving through significant transitions led her to retrain and build a practice supporting others through similar moments. In many ways, she has become the practitioner she once needed herself.

Since then, she has worked across corporate and not for profit settings, supporting individuals, leaders and teams through periods of growth, transition and complexity.

Her core belief is simple. Everyone matters. When people feel valued, are supported to think clearly under pressure, and learn to meet their own needs with greater awareness, better choices follow and the impact ripples outward through relationships, teams and communities.
