Community Connect: In-Person Afternoon Tea with Patricia and Laurie, AMI 12-18 Trainers

We are delighted to welcome Patricia Pantano and Laurie Ewert-Krocker, two of small group of AMI 12–18 Trainers worldwide for this afternoon tea with our community at the training centre. For decades Patricia and Laurie have worked in bringing Maria Montessori’s adolescent work to life in high schools and been part of the small group of experts developing the Montessori adult & teacher training program which we now offer as the AMI 12–18 Diploma - a pioneering journey that has brought to life Maria Montessori’s vision for adolescents. Their contribution has supported the growth of Montessori adolescent programs in Australia and around the world and strengthened the training pathway for educators working with young people.

On 31 January 2026 at 3:00pm, we invite the community to join us for an in-person afternoon tea and conversation with Patricia and Laurie. This is a special opportunity to connect, hear more about their stories, gain insight into the development of AMI adolescent training, be inspired by their work with schools worldwide, and connect with others interested in Montessori education for young people.
