No pressure, no formal structure - just a warm space to reflect on your practice while getting creative.

Perfect for allied health and disability professionals seeking a moment of pause and connection.

This months theme: Rainy Day Journaling, a special space filled with kind words, positive feedback, and gentle reminders to lift you when days feel heavy.

What's Included:
- Beautiful journalling supplies: pens, pencils, stickers, tapes etc (but please BYO journal)
- Craft materials to play with (feel free to bring a project along if you're already working on something special)
- Cosy drinks & snacks (tea and biscuits, GF and dairy free options available)
- Optional reflection prompts

- A certificate of attendance
