As the day winds down, join us for CONNECT at Sunset, an evening of deep relaxation, gentle movement, and soulful connection. Set in a peaceful indoor setting, this session invites you to slow down and release the day through a soothing blend of guided meditation, sound healings, sound baths, breath-work, and gentle movement.

What to Expect:

Let the calming vibrations wash over you, bringing balance to your body and mind as the sun sets in the distance. Whether you’re seeking stillness, self-reflection, or heartfelt connection with others, CONNECT at Sunset offers a sacred space to rest, recharge, and realign.

Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply connected.

7pm - Welcome and a short connection activity encouraging participants to build and strengthen connections within the community
7.10pm - A gentle movement / mindfulness activity. All activities are designed for beginners and each week is different. (Check out our socials or website to find out more about upcoming sessions and facilitators)
7:55pm - Thank you and session close
