Connect Within ~ A 2hr Yin+Reiki Reflective Experience

Unwind, feel re-centered and grounded within yourself before the holiday period. This is a moment for you to simply be, receive, and to fill your cup. During the Connect Within event, you'll experience the restorative energy healing combination of Reiki, Yin Yoga, meditation and Flower Essences. Each modality offers space for your energy to realign, shift heaviness or stagnant energy, and bringing you into a feeling of relaxation, inner peace and balance.

All yoga equipment will be provided for the session. All you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle!
