Event description

Our weekly meet for people who have attended one of Benny's workshops or are familiar with Wim Hof Method breathwork and have plunged into the ice before. Please note there is no instruction in this session.

We keep it real: Benny guides you straight into the breathwork, into the ice bath, then on with our day by 7am. Always the option for a coffee across the road after if you're feeling it.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Towel
Swimmers
Water bottle
Good vibes

Benny is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor. He has dedicated his professional career to assisting his community in times of need. From an Ocean Lifeguard, Firefighter, Underground Rescue Team Leader, and most recently managing state highways in emergencies, Benny has been faced with some of the most challenging circumstances that can be presented to humans. The life changing benefits of breathwork and cold immersion have become part of his everyday life to promote health and approach critical situations with confidence.
