A morning of conscious connected breathing with chakra aligned music, followed by restorative yoga and journaling to support integration and relaxation.

Breathwork is one of the most powerful and accessible tools for healing available to us. Using a conscious connected breathing technique, evocative chakra-attuned music and gentle supported yoga, you are guided on a journey inward towards the subconscious. This bypasses the thinking mind and taps into the body’s own innate wisdom and capacity to heal.

Restorative yoga is long held relaxing positions, using cushions, bolsters, blocks and other props to allow the body to be even more comfortable. There is no effort or stretching, just permission to rest. This allows your nervous system to settle and gives the experience of the breathwork time to integrate.

No yoga experience is needed and shapes are adjusted for individual physical requirements. Props are provided, but feel free to bring your own blanket or cushion for extra comfort.

You are your own healer. These processes simply create the conditions for that healing to unfold and the hidden messages from your heart to come through.

What you might experience:
Regulation of your nervous system
Release of stored stress, tension and emotion
Increased energy
Reduced anxiety and a deeper sense of calm
Improved sleep and mental clarity
Greater self-awareness, presence and joy
A felt sense of connection to yourself, to others, and to something greater

Breathwork is a deeply personal process. You may access altered states, strong emotions or vivid inner experiences. This is a natural part of the journey, and you’ll be held safely throughout by Kate.

What to expect on the day:
We open with a short welcome and a gentle introduction to the breathwork process. You’ll then be guided through a breathing journey to specially selected music, with hands-on support available throughout, followed by quiet journaling time. We complete with a restorative yoga practice to soften, ground and relax and a sharing circle to integrate and close.

What to bring: Eye mask, water bottle, journal and pen. Wear comfortable clothing with layers, as your temperature can change during the process.
