Coober Pedy Opal Festival: Opening Night Dinner, celebrating local flavours, culture and community, with live music, a special guest + wine tasting!

Renowned chef Eddie Noble, brings his produce driven approach and contemporary techniques, crafting a menu inspired by the landscape, it's ingredients and the stories of the region, to create a one-night-only culinary experience.

His menus are shaped by what’s local, seasonal and ethically sourced, often highlighting South Australian seafood, native ingredients and small producers.

Thoughtful pairings and wine with a point of view - Matriarch & Rogue present a curated wine tasting, led by winemaker Marnie Roberts.

Set against the backdrop of the Breakaways at sunset, at one of Coober Pedy’s most iconic locations to share food, stories and the beginning of the festival weekend.
