Cooking Class - Mindfulness, Eating & Qigong

This class combines Mediterranean flavors and foods with dietary principles from ancient Chinese wisdom. Learn mindful eating practices including eating for the elements and seasons . We'll be joined by Tammy Bray, a certified Qigong instructor. Plan on some easy slow movement.
As always you’ll walk away with tips, tricks and tidbits bringing extra value to the experience.
This is a whole food plant based class which may include optional egg, dairy and gluten. The cooking portion of this class is demonstration style where participants will observe and taste the evening’s dishes.
