Rick and Liz’s pakora and palusami are a popular treat at the Raglan Growers Market and now you can learn how to create them at home.
☀️ Pakora: Delight in Liz’s recipe for these mildly spicy vegetable fritters, made with the versatile and easy-to-grow Magenta Spreen, Poroporo and discover other wild greens.
☀️ Palusami: Discover Rick’s method for creating this savoury dish of taro leaves and coconut milk. An easy dish for busy cooks.
📝Recipes will be supplied with where and how to source ingredients and seasonal alternatives locally.
