Event description

Join us for a heartwarming and hands-on Pasta Making Workshop led by Hotel Etico young graduate Quinn Jones, whose journey through our Independence Program has inspired many. Quinn, who after graduating as one of Hotel Etico's first group of trainees, is now an apprentice chef at the Fairmont Resort in Leura, will deliver an engaging and inclusive culinary experience. Quinn will guide participants through the art of traditional Italian pasta making, sharing skills, stories, tips and tricks to prepare the best pasta you have ever made. This workshop is a celebration of ability, resilience, and the joy of cooking, perfect for foodies, families, and anyone passionate about great food and greater purpose, showcasing the power of inclusion and of connection through food. Participants will get to take home their handmade creations to enjoy with friends or family.
