2026 Youth Presentation Dinner

Cost:            $85.00 per person (+ humanitix booking fee)

• This event will present the State Young Rural Ambassador Awards and Innovation Awards.

• All drinks during the evening are at the expense of the consumer.

Seating

• A maximum of ten (10) guests can be seated at any one table with full tables only allocated to those who
  book 8 to 10 guests on the one booking form. Depending on overall numbers it may be necessary for other attendees to be seated at your table. Young Rural Ambassador Award finalists will be seated with their own family and friends and are included in the 10 per table.

• Potato, Bacon & Leek Soup - GLUTEN FREE

  A traditional thick and creamy potato and leek soup, with chunky bacon pieces

• Mushroom Arancini - Contains Gluten

  Porcini – swiss brown – parmesan – tomato coulis – bitter greens.

MAIN - SERVED WITH SEASONAL VEGETABLES

• Lamb Shanks - GLUTEN FREE

  Red sauce, rosemary, thyme, mirepoix, dry sherry, pommes puree

• Chicken Mignon - GLUTEN FREE

  Tender chicken breast wrapped in bacon and served with mushroom sauce

DESSERT

• Brownie Points - GLUTEN FREE

  An adult version, dark Callebaut chocolate, a Frangelico laced sauce and mélange of nuts give this family favourite a sophisticated edge

• Apple Pie - Contains Gluten

  Classic pâte sucrée with apple and sultana filling dressed with cascading cream and vanilla ice cream
