In this 2.5-hour session, Sharon Osborn and I will be back in the kitchen, cooking, creating, and of course, sharing lots of laughs! Together, we’ll demonstrate how to prepare delicious, seasonal Ayurvedic dishes designed to cool the body and keep your digestion thriving throughout the summer months.

During this workshop, you’ll:
