Biodynamic Breathwork Experience
This Biodynamic Breathwork session will help you process past emotional trauma so that you can experience more joy, love and freedom in your life. These groups will be limited to small groups and held by experienced practitioners to ensure a comfortable, supportive and relaxed space where you can feel safe to process and release the past trauma, experiences and emotions that continue to hold you back in life.
These sessions will help you:

- Increase emotional regulation
- Alleviate physical tension
- Enhance self-awareness and wellbeing
- Experience a greater sense of connection
The evening includes an introduction to biodynamic breathwork, some short connection and somatic exercises, which all prime the mind and body for a trauma release breathwork session. We allow lots of time after the session to connect over tea and fruit, unpack any questions or feelings, and integrate the experience.
