Your mouth hangs open frequently (during resting times and exercise)

We are born perfect breathers until the age of 5.5 years at which point we begin to pick up bad habits that negatively affect our breathing. The bad news here is that it's not uncommon that you've spent the majority of your life breathing suboptimally.
