Starts at 10.30am please arrive 10 mins early to be able to settle in and fill out the waiver form.

Bring along:  (we have Yoga Mat if you don't have one )
🌻Yoga mat
🌻Pillow
🌻Blanket
🌻 Eye mask (if you wish)
🌻Bolster (if you wish)
🌻Water bottle
🌻Towel
🌻Wear swimmers underneath warm comfortable clothing (nothing tight or restrictive)

We ask if you could please not have any caffeine before the session and eat a light breakfast nothing heavy in your belly beforehand.
