    Our lives now are busy and stressful. We have learnt to ignore our emotions by distracting ourselves with our phones, food, that glass of wine, work work work.... but there are emotions trying to come to the surface. Trapped trauma that has been surpressed because you are too busy. Surpressed because you don't have time to dwell. Surpressed because it's such a scary thought to allow all those feelings to surface. What if it all comes flooding out at once? It's a scary thought to take the lid off the pandora's box. But you know the lid can't stay on forever. I have experienced this fear myself. If we can move consciously into those emotions rather than unconsciously into distraction, we would discover great things about ourselves, our situation and the pathway to freedom. By moving and shifting the trauma that lurks within us you can let it go and move on to be able to unlock the happiness that has evaded you. 

    Working as a psychiatric nurse and now a holistic counsellor, the benefits of breathwork are so unbelievably evident to everyone who has participated in a breathing workshop. This practice has been around for thousands of years.

    Sad? Anxious? Tired? Racing thoughts? Digestive issues? Overthinking? Panic attacks? Can't switch off? These are all tied into trapped trauma and breathing patterns. Learn to change habits of tension, anxiety, unease and urgency into inner ease, calm, clarity, creativity and happiness!!
