What to bring :

- Soft yoga mat

- Warm comfortable clothes,

- Blanket, pillow or bolster, eye pillow or scarf (to block out the senses) to be as comfortable as possible as you will be lying down for some time.

- Water bottle

- Journal if you feel inspired to write after the journey any thoughts and feelings that arise in the moment.

- Anything for the alter that you would like cleared and cleansed  under the full moon. Crystals, special items, feathers, jewels anything you like to re charge
