Girl Becoming

A sacred workshop for girls aged 9yrs - 13yrs to celebrate Menarche and inspire period positivity. 

The 'Girl Becoming' workshop has been thoughtfully put together to gently introduce the girls to their cycle through the context of 'inner seasons' and energy shifts.

Our hope is to not only change the narrative around menstruation, but to encourage mothers to re-write their own stories, and empower their daughters to see her periods as a super-power!

What to expect:

-Introduction to 'inner seasons' and the four-phases of the menstral cycle

-Reflective activity

-Mindfulness tools for girls, now and into the future

-Introduction to period products and hormone health
