Guided Ride: Water Stories
Event description
Free Guided Ride
“Did you know there is habitat for endangered frogs in Rosebery? Did you know there was once a violent cauliflower gang roaming the streets of Waterloo? Did you know dugong bones were found during excavation for the Alexandra Canal?”(UTS, Water Stories)
Your guides will show you the bicycle friendly ways to explore a UTS project that maps the history and practices of water around Green Square. Not only will you never look at a storm drain the same way but you will learn some easy ways to navigate your city by bike. An easy 10km bike ride spanning Beaconsfield, Rosebery, Zetland, Alexandria and Waterloo on bicycle friendly streets.
Guided rides are led by friendly ride leaders from Pedal Set Go for City of Sydney
