HEART ACTIVATION is an immersive evening of nervous system healing & life force ignition.

Step into a powerful two-hour journey where the heart leads, the body awakens, and energy flows freely again.

Together, we will:

You’ll be held in a safe and grounded space, fully guided by Gem @alivewithgem & Elle @lifechangingwellnessau combining years of experience in nervous system regulation, movement, energy work, kundalini and soul-based healing.

• Breathwork: to access altered states of clarity and healing
• Energetics: to shift stored emotion and restore inner flow

We provide: yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks.
