+ We'll ease into a powerful practice to ground, aura cleanse.

+ Experience Light Language - a blend of mudra, movement and mantra.

+ Grounding, calming and centering breathwork

+ Followed by a deeper, powerful and cathartic breathwork journey to clear out, awaken and uplevel.

+ A guided meditation to nourish your nervous system and soothe your soul + crystal sound bowl healing

+ We'll finish with Energy Medicine to reset our nervous system.
